B2E Completes 2025 SOC 2 Audit with No Exceptions

B2E has again completed its annual SOC 2 audit, receiving a clean opinion with no exceptions. This achievement, which B2E has maintained for more than six years, is more than certification. It’s an independent validation that B2E’s systems, processes, and controls meet rigorous standards for data security. It was conducted by third-party firm using the SOC 2’s strict criteria for data policies and practices.

SOC 2 is considered a gold-standard framework for service providers that handle customer data. B2E is audited annually specifically for its data security practices, but our internal processes follow SOC 2 guidelines across all five of its "Trust Services Criteria” which include:

1. Security for protecting systems and information from unauthorized access.
2. Availability that ensures systems are available for use and operation.
3. Processing integrity that confirms system processing is accurate, complete, and timely.
4. Confidentiality for safeguarding sensitive and confidential data.
5. Privacy measures for handling personal identifiable information in line with sound privacy principles.
